Asking yourself how I know all of this?

Because I was you!


I wish I could tell you that these awful symptoms were what led me to a health care practioner.


But I was young and there wasn't as much information available to me as there is now. It wasn't until I happened to watch a documentary called Food Inc. that I had a wake up call about the state of our food.


I booked an appointment with a Holistic Nutritionist to find out how my symptoms correlated with what was going on inside my body, got educated about the food I was eating and learned which specific foods were right for my body (and which weren't).

That was back in 2009. Since then, I've worked with countless health practitioners, I've taken more supplements, herbs and remedies than I can count, I've had my hormones and food sensitivities tested and I've tried various elimination diets. 

I've also continued to learn so I can expand my knowledge base.

 Since '09, I've become a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert (which means not only do I have the know how about why the foods we eat are good for us BUT I also know how to use them in the kitchen) and I've specialized in digestion and advanced detoxification.

I know you probably have a few more questions before you're ready to invest your hard earned money, so here are some FAQ's:

All consultations are done virtually (over the computer) via Skype. If you aren't familiar with Skype, it's a free application that allows us to have a video conference where we can see and hear one another. It's pretty awesome! This means that no matter where you are in the world - we can connect. 

After your non-refundable payment is completed, you’ll receive a link to my calendar so you can choose the best time that fits your schedule. Appointments are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am - 6 pm, Eastern Standard Time (EST). This is first come, first served, so if the time you want is taken, you can choose to book the next month. The appointment must be booked within 60 days of payment. You'll be prompted to fill out the nutrition intake form while you're scheduling your appointment online. Then all you have to do is show up on Skype at our scheduled time.

If we've previously worked together, there are follow-up options available to you. Please see below for details. IF it's been over a year since I've seen you, then you must select the 60 min follow-up option.  

I offer custom meal plans as part of the initial nutrition consultation and in the 3 month package. I can also customize a meal plan to your specific needs and dietary restrictions without a consultation. For example, your lifestyle - maybe you love to cook and be in the kitchen or maybe you have zero time and need meals that are quick and convenient. One-on-One Nutrition Consultations

This one hour appointment is all about information gathering about YOU. We will review your health history, current diet and lifestyle habits, address your health concerns and goals. I'll also go over any questions you have.

After our consultation, you'll receive a customized meal plan suited to your current schedule and lifestyle including recipes. You will also get a treatment plan that includes lifestyle and supplement recommendations as well as any additional resources you may require to help you along the way.

Please note: A follow up appointment is highly recommended 3-4 weeks after you've been following your plan to determine if we need to make any changes. It's also an opportunity to discuss how you're feeling, goal progress and any challenges that may have come up.

These appointments can be scheduled as needed. They serve as a check in point to review your progress, food journal, supplements and to update your dietary and treatment plan as necessary. Adjusting things as we go allows us to ensure that you are on the right path to achieving success. Remember, this is not a quick fix - your nutrition plan should change and develop with you. These appointments are intended to offer support, inspiration and guidance as you continue on your health and wellness journey.

The 3 month package includes 1 Initial Nutrition Consultation and bi-weekly follow ups spread out over the course of 3 months. It also includes monthly customized meal plans. It’s a savings of $350 compared to purchasing the appointments & meal plans individually. This package is designed for individuals with more chronic and complicated health issues.
