As the weather starts warming up (not including yesterday and today - WTF?!) I find myself craving more fruit. And to be perfectly honest that's how this smoothie was born! I was craving mango and decided to include it in my morning smoothie. I know you will LOVE this recipe as much as I do.

I plan on making this for breakfast tomorrow morning for me and the boy:) I realize it's the long weekend and you deserve to have fun, relax and let go BUT it's equally important to continue to nourish your body with real, whole foods so that you can feel great!
Mango & Banana Coconut Smoothie
2 cups non-dairy milk
1 cup fresh mango
1 frozen banana
4 tbsp Yoso's unsweetened coconut yogurt
1.5 tbsp ground flaxseed
1.5 tbsp hemp hearts
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
2 squirts Ocean's Alive Marine Phytoplankton (optional)
Blend on high for 60 seconds and of course all smoothies are best enjoyed through a glass or stainless steel straw.
