Have you ever noticed that the majority of mocktails available at restaurants are always chalk full of sugar and other less than desirable ingredients like food dyes - way more than their alcoholic counterparts?! Why?!
I mean, I like a good drink as much as the next person but there are times when I'd love a non-alcoholic beverage but still feel like something a little more fun, a little more festive than just plain water. Preferably without the simple syrups and other sub-par ingredients.
Side note: Anytime I've ever searched for a clean mocktail recipe to make at home, the ingredients list is longer than my university thesis paper and I NEVER have the items readily on hand. Dramatic? A little....Frustrating? 100%.
So this holiday season, whether you're the designated driver, on a strict cleanse, or just feel like a festive holiday drink (hold the alcohol please) then I've got you covered!

The Sweet Apple Cider Mule can be served hot or cold and is such a fun and festive beverage. It's sweet, spicy and warm.
I'm serving my holiday mocktails in these truly gorgeous and hand-crafted moscow mule mugs. Aren't they pretty?! Each one gets hammered by hand! They're also fantastic because they keep your drink icy cold for hours.
Not only are they super festive but they're also health conscious. These particular copper mugs are lined with high grade nickel to prevent the copper from reacting with acidic fluids that create a chemical reaction causing you to ingest too much copper.
Pomegranate & Blueberry Kombucha Mule
1/2 cup blueberry kombucha (I used Tonica brand)
1/2 cup 100% pure pomegranate juice
1 cup carbonated water
garnish with fresh organic rosemary sprigs
Combine all of the above ingredients in your mug, stir, garnish and enjoy!
Sweet Apple Cider Mule
1 cup organic sweet apple cider
1 cup carbonated water
garnish with organic cinnamon sticks
For a cold sweet apple cider mule, combine all of the above ingredients in your mug, garnish and enjoy!
For a hot sweet apple cider mule, gently warm the sweet apple cider over the stove top until hot but not boiling. Pour into your mug and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
