Sore Throat Soother
1/2 lemon, juiced
1-2 inches fresh ginger, juiced*
1 tsp raw honey
1 cup warm water
Combine your juiced lemon & ginger in a warm cup of water, stir in your raw honey & enjoy immediately!
*If you don't have a juicer, simply chop or slice your ginger and place it in your cup of water. It will sit at the bottom and it's flavour will infuse.
