Super Charged Smoothie

I was visiting my folks the other day and after a long morning out and about we were all in need of this smoothie I whipped up! It was nourishing, antioxidant rich, energizing, blood stabilizing, anti-inflammatory, satisfying and oh so yummy! This beauty of a recipe contains many of the ingredients I discussed in my previous post, How To Super Charge Your Smoothie. Super Charged Smoothie

Serves: 3-4 generously

4 cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (we used almond)

4 tbsp natural nut butter (we used almond)

3 giant handfuls of greens (we used spinach)

2 bananas

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp MSM powder

2 squirts Ocean's Alive Marine Phytoplankton

3 tsp Acerola vitamin C powder

2 tsp bee pollen

just a touch of maple syrup or raw honey to sweeten

1 cup of ice

Blitz for 30-60 seconds and enjoy:)
