So I would reach for whatever was convenient, snack late at night, I would hit up drive thru's on my way into work in the morning and consume way too much caffeine.
But I felt terrible. I was bloated, experiencing tons of digestive issues, my hormones were out of balance and my skin was awful. I wasn't happy with how I looked or how my clothes were fitting. Oddly enough, I knew what I needed to do. I had a good understanding of how to be healthy, I just had trouble with the execution. Until I discovered how to meal plan.
